You might know that ZARA has a base in Spain. A couple of years ago, the fast consuming industry is growing rapidly and the competition is quite severe. So when a brand wants to take up the market share, they need to move fast, meanwhile, the quality must maintain so the customer feedback can bring more potential business to this brand.
In view of this, ZARA has appointed an agent in Spain to send their garments to China. We are handling this project. After communicating with the shipper and consignee, we understand that our flight must be frequent enough so whenever there is a new product, the local store can put it onto the garment shelf as soon as possible. To do that, we applied for Customs Clearance in advance so the shipment can be delivered to the store. We finally make it happen and arrange the late-night flight for shipments coming into China, then arrange the delivery during the night. This way, the garments can be arranged onto the store in the early morning and available for sales during the day.
One down, one to go. It happened that the season was the rainy season. There was a chance that the shipment might be wet after being unloaded from the plane. If the garment is wet, then it is highly possible that the garment is wasted. To avoid this, we put some extra protection on top of the garment to prevent rain from penetrating the garments. After a series of effective measures, we successfully fulfilled the mission.
