It is absolutely normal that you need a freight forwarder to pick it up from your supplier. But sometimes they just refuse to do so. Why is it?
Actually, this depends on different scenarios. A freight forwarder can have a trucking team who owns different sizes of trucks. Some are loadable for up to 3 tons of cargo, some up to 5 tons, and even container trucks load more cargo. Imagine, if a shipment is too small, say, 100kg, is it really necessary and cost-effective to use these trucks? If your shipment is the only one that is required to be loaded on one truck, that means you have to pay for the whole trucking for just 100kg cargo. That is absolutely not necessary.
In this case, asking the supplier to send the shipment by express courier may be the best solution. Or a freight forwarder can arrange the express courier to pick up the shipment. This is more cost-effective and realistic.
KK Forwarder always thinks for you and has the best possible solution ready for your shipment, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
